Elite at 285

Full of roaches! Don't let the renovations and new name fool you. The renovations are beautiful but when you walk into a completely new bathroom and I mean new tub, tiles, sink and vanity, toilet, and you see six roaches, there is a problem. It's always been a roach hotel. Even when it was Willow Way. There is a gap under the front door at least an inch and a half wide. You can fit your hand under it. The stray cats outside stick their entire paws under the gap. Buy 36% Permethrin industrial strength exterminator grade spray is all I can say. The positive is the renovation and how everything is new. If you know how to battle roaches. You'll be fine.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Mice. Cockroaches. Vandalism. Popped open Mailboxes. Mold. Broken appliances. Trash everywhere. Community is absolutely disgusting! Boarded up apartments. Police here every other day. We put in work order after work order, and always ignored until a month or so ago. But the apartment and building has an entire mouse and cockroach problem! New management (been here 3 months) is trying, but this neighborhood is past helping and needs to be condemned and shut down. We should have trusted the reviews, and not move here. Neighbors have broken their leases. Advice: always check the place out, NEVER TRUST THE PICTURES. I repeat. DO NOT MOVE HERE! yall, pls go find another complex. this apartment charging us 1400 for a THREE bedroom TWO bathroom apartment. we have been here since about march & we have only had one bathroom the entire time , and still to this day (10-27) we have not had a second bathroom. we still paying full rent with no updates about when we will have our bathroom fixed. not one time has the second bathroom been used , there are bugs , there is rarely a pool in the summer time because it's always closed , we have BLACK MOLD in our unit. our dishwasher been broke for ab a month now with no updates to get it fixed, they don't even answer phone calls. you have to leave a message to the office and they rarely get back to you. constantly asking them when will they fix our bathroom so that we can have our separate bathro

As a long term resident here at Elite at 285, this by far is the best management team ever. Brittany the commander is the true definition of a Manager, she see aboutbthe residents help when needed keeps the place clean and much more. Not to mention her assistant and leasing agents are great! Maintenance is on spot! You put in a request and then they be at your door lol. Come get you one of these apartments!

Clean Community, Love my new place, and office staff is very friendly and helpful. I gave 5 stars because, its well deserved! And loving what they are doing around here!! Keep up the good work Elite at 285 Staff. Oh and Maintenance is quick and prompt.
