Eliot on 4th

I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for the exceptional team members at Eliot on 4th. Tajjwar from Leasing has been a huge help in the past, especially helping me understand leasing and transfer request details. I was looking at doing an apartment transfer and Taj helped me figure out how that process worked. He is super friendly and always says hello, and has successfully helped me with all of my requests. Chris from Maintenance has been incredibly helpful on countless occasions, always taking the time to provide assistance and ensure everything runs smoothly. He always responds by the next business day, and frequently stops by within a few hours. He can almost always fix the issue in a single visit. Eliot on 4th has been a wonderful place to call home so far. The community feels welcoming, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making the move-in experience smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciate the professionalism and support of leasing agent Leah Nelson and Assistant Resident Manager Nina Cheatham—both have been attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. I’m really enjoying my experience here and look forward to settling in even more.

I had a very positive experience touring Eliot on 4th. The property sells itself, but leasing professionals like Leah really take it over the top. The concierge I met was also wonderful though I can't remember her name. I can tell this is a wonderful team!

I am in my second year at Eliot and I love my apartment. Leah, Taj, and Nina are a great team. My apartment is spacious with great amenities, a view and it’s very quiet here! Walking distance from the Wharf, a theater, a grocery store, and the train makes Eliot uniquely convenient to everywhere! I travel a ton but I always love coming home because Ms. Kesha, Ms Amy, and Mr. Russell are there to chat with on my way.

I lived here for over two years and loved it. Front desk amazing, good experience with management, fabulous maintenance and a majority of tenants working level professionals. I didn’t have noise issues, loved my unit (bathroom mirror, built ins in the walk in closet) and enjoyed the amenities and proximity to great areas. Thanks for a fabulous experience, Eliot on 4th!
