Elim Townhouses

I have lived at the Elim Townhomes for 6 years from 2000 to 2026. In the beginning maintenance was avaliable with previous management. There has been several since then. Under the current management repairs are not getting done because there is only one maintenance man. I have had holes in my closet, pantry and my living room ceiling has a line which is getting longer due to the bathroom upstairs. This was pointed out by a previous maintenance man.Something is definitely wrong with the pipes in the wall. Repairs to the ceiling done by a contractor is now peeling due to water damage. Other tenants is or has experienced similar problems. Management is only concerned about raising rent and renewal of least instead of fixing the problems in these apartments.
