I am enjoying the new management. I had heart failure and was out of work for over 6 months. They were so nice to me and empathetic to my situation. I appreciated their understanding and support. I have noticed communication is much faster and the grounds are cleaner keep Aaron and Alma they are wonderful.

On move-in day, the unit was not ready. Maintenance staff were still painting walls and fixing issues, and we did not receive the keys until the afternoon. We were told the unit would include a washer and dryer and that they would be installed within three days of move-in, but this did not happen. We had to follow up repeatedly, both through the app and in person, before anything was done. After moving in, we discovered multiple issues: broken curtains, a malfunctioning refrigerator, cockroaches, no racks in the oven, and water leaking from the shower. Each issue required us to submit photos, detailed descriptions, and multiple maintenance requests. Responses were slow, and follow-through was inconsistent. New management is doing great. The Back to school Splash was a hit! My kids loved their backpacks and school supplies! Thank you Aaron and Julia. I highly recommend the community to anyone looking for a new home!

I requested service on a plumbing issue (water temperature consistency). The portal made putting in the service request easy and the issue was handled in a timely manner. A pleasant experience overall. My experience since moving here has been really positive overall. My neighbors have been great and the office staff have been friendly and helpful.

To new management Aaron Hicks thanks for the warm welcome and professionalism in regards to my questions and concerns. Also thanks to Jesus lead maintenance for the warm welcome as well. I will say I have been enjoying my stay. And for the price I’m paying I have more room than any other apartment I have had. No bugs running around 👍🏾. Gate works and quickly fixed if it stops. I have no complaints. Enjoy being close to a lot of stores and close but not to close to downtown
