⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Living at Eleven 33 in Media, PA has been such a positive experience! From day one, the staff made my move-in smooth and stress-free. They even provided moving supplies and access to a freight elevator, which made a huge difference. The amenities are fantastic and honestly make it feel like I’m coming home to a vacation every day after work. The building is brand new, and it’s holding up beautifully. Most importantly, I feel secure and safe here, which gives me real peace of mind. The staff is quick to respond, always available, and incredibly helpful. I also love the convenience of the location—everything I need is nearby, and despite being across from the hospital and in a busy area, there’s surprisingly little noise or distraction. This place is just WOW! We are so happy with the building, the apartment, and all the amenities. There was a happy hour/pool party the day we moved in so we got to meet some of the other residents and everyone was so friendly. Brianna was the person we worked with to tour the building and get everything done to rent the apartment. She is amazing! So helpful the entire time we worked with her and every time I saw her she has a smile on her face. I definitely recommend Elevan33 if you are looking to rent in media. It was the best fit for us!

1.) Extremely overpriced. There’s no value added here. It is all optics. Yes, everything is new and therefore there are no signs of wear and tear YET but give it a couple of years and it wiil feel like your cheap construction four walls are no different than any other “luxury” complex. 2.) The staff doesn’t represent luxury by any means. From the way they carry themselves, dress, speak and interact with potential renters. Yvonne gave me a tour but never followed up.
