Elevation at Mountain Park

I love living at One Jefferson. Its quiet and peaceful here. I'm in a fully renovated unit and its beautiful. The wood burning fireplace is wonderful in the winter especially to offset PGE. The sunrises and sunsets are wonderful on my large patio. I enjoy having access to the rec center across the street as part of my lease. I look forward to the new outdoor pool and pizza oven next year too.

I have been living here since August 2025 and my experience has been great for the most part. Tia was helpful and friendly when finding the right unit that fit my needs is very responsive when I have needed assistance with parking spots and misc things. I have had a few maintenance needs and everyone on the team that has helped me has been very friendly and worked quick and efficiently. My unit is very cozy and I love how dog friendly the complex is. A lot of my neighbors have dogs which makes me feel very at ease having my two pups here with me. The only downside I have experienced since living here is very high PGE bills. I have a top floor unit with no south facing windows and the windows that I do have are quite drafty, so it gets very cold. I keep my thermostat at around 63-65 degr

Really enjoyed my time living here and have overall had a great experience with the staff and apartment. There was some water damage in the wall from rain in the apartment I was moving into, and so there was a delay in my move in and I didnt have anywhere to stay. I still needed to be up here for school though, and so management worked with me and let me live in one of the other apartments while the one I was eventually going to move into was being repaired, and even covered utilities for those few weeks. Its also a great apartment, some of the appliances are a little older but the maintenance crew has always been really fast to complete maintenance requests and anything else I needed. In short I've been treated great so far by the staff and its a really pretty area to live!

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The complex is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The management team is friendly and always willing to help. Arten was amazing and went above and beyond to make our apartment and move-in experience the best. Tia was also super helpful with all our moving-in needs and made the whole process so easy and welcoming. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, parking is somewhat convenient; we purchased a garage which helped a ton with guaranteed parking and storage, and I always feel safe around the property. The location is great too — close to everything but still peaceful. Overall, this has been a great place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed community!

Elevation staff, could you please vet your future tenants better so that the rest of Mt. Park can remain free from the crime that your complex seems to bring? Some of us have families and value a nice place to live. I don't pay $3K a month to live here to have to put up with the behavior I expect in some areas of the Portland metro area. I have lived all over Portland and have lived in my fair share of questionable rental complexes. Considering I have paid my dues with living around shady people, worked hard to be where I am and as a Portland native, you can understand why I have high standards of where I call home. Elevation tenants who are causing the drama(and you know who you are), I hope you get evicted and kicked from our community entirely. Mountain Park is a quaint, beautiful comm
