Elevation Apartments at Crown Colony

I lived at Elevation for 4½ years, and all I can say is it was the worst experience I have ever had in a community. I highly advise anyone reading this to read the full explanation of why this place is not worth touring or living in. To start, we had a neighbor who left human feces in the hallway. Instead of evicting him, management allowed him to remain in the complex for another three months. We also had a neighbor smoking marijuana in her apartment. Despite multiple complaints—and management advertising this as a “smoke-free community”—our apartment began to smell like weed, especially after we purchased new furniture. There are also cigarette butts all over the ground throughout the complex. Many people may remember that there was a shooting here a few years ago. Management promised

Lived in Building 3 and I am giving this property one star due to ongoing package theft. The mailroom door is not locked, allowing anyone on the property to walk in and take packages. Our packages were stolen on Christmas Eve 2024, which completely ruined our holiday. To make matters worse, there are no cameras facing the mailroom, the package area, or even the door itself, which is shocking. Management offered no real solution other than suggesting we file a police report and contact the officer assigned to the property. When we spoke to the officer he informed us that this happens all of the time at Elevation and unfortunately there’s nothing that can be done. There is no security in place, and tenants are left to deal with the consequences. Unfortunately, it felt like “it is what it is,

My wife and I have been living here for two years and it’s by far the best apartment we’ve ever lived in. And we have been in 4 new high rise apartments! This place feels like a resort you’d stay at on vacation. They have a beautiful fountain with surrounding fire pits. A beautiful pool with lights, a nice gym, pool table, and more. In a time when COVID has made so many things difficult, being able to work from our deck overlooking the fountain has felt like an oasis. Can’t recommend it enough to live here!

I moved here two months ago, and my experience so far has been very positive. The apartments are comfortable and spacious, and the maintenance team has been excellent—any issues were resolved within 2 days. The landscaping is beautifully maintained. The location is also great, which makes living here convenient. The only drawbacks are that the gym can get crowded during peak hours, and the pool tends to be busy on hot summer days.

Very unfriendly staff. When you walk into the office now one greets you.Not very welcoming. No one responds to emails, you're having to call the office to get answers. Beautiful complex, however I was asked to sign a lease for a unit that was extremely dirty and told to fill out an apartment condition form after I moved in addressing any concerns.When I arrived to sign my lease I stated I haven't seen the unit because it was occupied when I applied.I only seen a vacant unit. The leasing team does not accompany you to see the units. You are asked to leave your ID until you return from your tour. You're then given a map and instruction to the units.If I wasn't a real estate agent and knew better , I would have had key to a un cleaned unit.This company needs employee that cares and is a be
