Elevated Management Group

Hello there! I would love to share some insight with you on the management group, Elevated Management llc. Upon move in I was hit with an additional rental charge that had to be paid up front before I received the keys. At the door. My family and I had no oven or stove for 6 months after the fire department had to shut it off. Elevated refused to replace it until the city threatened to shut the property down. There are roaches the size of my hand, neighbors waiving guns around at their baby mamas, wild cats and dogs fighting day and night. Maintenance claims they do not speak english and management are downright LIARS! Now that we have moved out after taking videos of the carpets, walls, and surface areas being cleaned, we have still been hit with cleaning charges. You cannot go to the off

Current tenant who recently extended lease. The location of the unit is excellent. The online portal is user friendly. Cost is fair considering where prices are now. The property managers are generally responsive (communication could improve some), and the maintenance requests are handled in a generally timely manner from my experience. I appreciate the strict no smoking policy at this property. Overall the experience has been solid and the unit itself is nice and works for my needs. Like that there are bike racks available at this property and have been using them.

I was actively looking for a professional management company to handle several properties throughout the Albuquerque area and reached out to Elevated Property Management multiple times. Calls went unanswered. Emails were never returned. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt — maybe they were busy, maybe short-staffed. But after repeated attempts, the silence started to feel less like an oversight and more like a warning. Out of curiosity, I started reading their reviews. What I found lined up perfectly with the lack of communication I experienced. The same complaints show up again and again: ignored maintenance requests, poor follow-through, billing disputes, and a complete lack of accountability. THEIR RESPONSE SHOWS NO RESPONSIBILITY!!! Yes I have in fact rented from you for 5 years; therefore, your comment is rude and disrespectful! Still cannot accept a complaint against your company! And no, I will not remove my post as I also have emails along with messages to prove my case! I’m not lying on my end! DO NOT RENT FROM ELEVATED MANAGEMENT GROUP!!!! I was a tenant for 2 years under a different management company and then they took over! The WORST at communication and fulfillment on requests! For example: my AC was not working and was told if they come out to fix it and nothing is wrong, I’d be charged $50! Excuse me?! We've only been in our place for a few months, but so far we are really happy! Matt was super helpful in showing us our place from afar when we moved back to New Mexico and made sure our move in process was smooth. And for the handful of things we've needed maintenance help with Arturo has been amazing. Super easy to communicate with and arrange work times with, is very sweet with our dog, and has made sure everything works great at our place.
