I just moved into my property. The hallways are clean and smell good on my floor. It is quiet and seems like a peaceful community. The mailroom and package room are plus with the Luxe lockers. I love the layout, the property is clean. The residents that I have seen so far are diverse with families, young professionals, older professionals. I love that it is in the village. I recommend it for anyone looking for luxury apartments with nice amenities, and diverse resident mix. I have not seen nor heard any security concerns. The gate is under repair and that is the main issue that I would like to see addressed soon. Valet trash services is daily. They have pretty strict rules about appearance and maintenance and that is one of the selling points. I have only been here one month. I will do up

I just want to recognize Khalil for the amazing service he provides. He always gives excellent customer care and handles everything with professionalism and kindness. He fixed our washer and dryer before, and this time he changed our filter and took the time to explain how to keep it maintained properly. He doesn’t just fix things, he makes sure you understand them. Khalil is always friendly, always smiling, and has such a positive attitude. He doesn’t have to go the extra mile, but he always does. He is truly top notch, and we really appreciate him.

Can’t wait until my lease is up! Nothing ever works here. The hallways always look filthy. The gate has been broken for months and most of the entry doors don’t require key fob because they’re broken. I am looking into ending my lease early just due to the lack of up keep around this apartment. I don’t feel safe knowing anyone has access into the building 24/7. The rent here is way too high for anyone to pay and not receive the best. The gym fans and some equipment haven’t been working for almost a year. The valet trash is 50/50 and no email communications get sent out if they aren’t doing pick-ups. Since I’ve been a resident here the leasing agents have changed several times. I have no idea who is in the office now. I’m a very upset resident and looking to move ASAP! Would not recommend m

I am writing this feedback after previously sharing these concerns with management when I decided not to renew my lease. I moved in October 2023, and unfortunately, the quality of management and customer service has declined significantly since then. One of the most concerning issues involved my shower door, which leaked excessively despite normal use and regular cleaning after each shower. I ultimately had to modify it myself just to prevent water from flooding the bathroom. For a property marketed as a luxury apartment community, this is completely unacceptable. The maintenance team acknowledged that this was a builder-quality issue and indicated that a full shower replacement would likely be necessary. After submitting three separate maintenance requests with no meaningful resolution,

Very sad to write this. But the service is not the same. And prices changed too much for not good amenities anymore. Why am I paying for the clubhouse utilities when things are broken. And not fixed. My trash never gets pickup anymore and now im having billing issues? When I pay on time. I been here for 3 years and so much has changed. Im moving and I ask since im moving and with a few concerns i have if I really have to pay my last month rent and they said if I break my lease I would have to pay double rent. Idk people not caring anymore.. :(.
