Elevate Twenty Three

My first apartment and for the first 6 months I really had no complaints, just was grateful to have my own space. However, experience has been terrible and i’ve never been ready for a lease to end. I give so much grace with Elevate and I genuinely try not to be upset with the leasing office and maintenance team but this is just out of hand. Let’s talk about it. Moving here off rip, the kitchen cabinets poorly measured and maintained. The kitchen drawers were falling out and actually falling apart( it’s been fixed now i’m listing all the problems since move in). Like another review said, the tub is literally peeling and has cracks in it. My bathroom mirror has a permanent stain on it thats actually so ugly, but hey whatever. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! We pay for trash pickup and our trash hasn’t been picked up in over a month!! Nor has the compactor been emptied. THEY ARE NOT PAYING THEIR BILLS! I’m calling the news media because these are unsanitary conditions we’re living in! I refuse to pay rent and be disregarded by management. This has happened frequently this year!

This is the worst complex I have ever stayed in. 1.watch their billing because they will try to pull a fast one on you. 2.youre going to pay for “valet” trash service. Baby they do NOT pick up your trash. For the first month it was fine after that, I’ve been having to take it myself. 3.youre going to pay for pest control but roaches will still be an issue, I keep my house clean and find some here and there. 4.there is soft spots in my floor, my bathtub is PEELING OFF, I can’t open or close my sunroom door, and half my power outlets do not work. 5. Communication at this place is absolutely unacceptable. Angie Turner in the office can be rude, IF she responds. I would never recommend elevate twenty three. I'd sooner point out good tent brands than this apartment complex. During the application process they had ZERO answers for us, and their processing time was SO long they pushed us weeks past our applied for move in date. I had to get a whole storage unit because their delays pushed me PAST our applied for move in date, and PAST my move out date for my last apartment even!! When we finally did move in, the apartment was unlivable. One of the two bedrooms WAS FLOODED!! They just laid down new mats under the (previously soaked) carpet, but since they communicate on a time scale incomprehensible to Man, we have no idea if the problem is even fully fixed or if itll just leak again when it rains.
