I’ve been renting with Elevate since December 2021 and have had a great experience overall. I luckily haven’t needed to contact them often, but whenever I did, any issues or concerns were handled within a few days, which I really appreciate. Rocco has been great. He's quick to respond, always professional, and great about giving notice. I also genuinely believe he cares about his tenants. The rent and any increases have been fair and reasonable for the area and the space. I’d definitely recommend Elevate to anyone looking for a worry-free experience and well-managed place.

We’ve had many landlords throughout the years in multiple cities and our experience with Elevate and our main contact Rocco Danna was by far the best. Our historic apartment was exactly as advertised, spotless, and Elevate ensured our move-in was smooth and was very accommodating when it came to special requests. Elevate had a very easy online system for payment, repair, etc which was extremely user friendly and straight forward. When the washer stopped working, he had a replacement installed in 48hrs. He is on it when it comes to building maintenance. One thing I really appreciated was his transparency. I have lived in an Elevate apartment for 4 years now and really can't recommend them enough! Rocco and his associates are super quick to respond to all requests and have always kept us informed of any repairs or maintenance needed and when they are scheduled. They are fast and efficient with any paperwork, all of which can be done online. All-around the best rental company/landlord I've ever had!
