Elevate at the Pointe

Worst experience ever! It started off friendly with Ashley and Victoria. Turned in all documents, received an approval letter along with the offer letter. Packed up our things on the uhaul and had all the utilities switched over. We got a call the morning of the move in day to only be told that they are waiting on the regional manager to approve the application on their end. It's been 1 week since we got the approval and offer letter. We have been paying 120 per day for a uhaul and also paying per night at hotels. This has been the worst experience ever and all we get now is attitudes! My family and I were looking forward to being in our new home and now we're pretty much homeless because of this! Update.!!! Eric from Maintenance at Elevate at the Pointe deserves a shoutout. He's prompt, professional, and super friendly from the moment he arrived. He quickly figures out the issue, explains what was going on, and fixes it efficiently. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about residents having a good experience. I really appreciate his help!

If i could only rate maintenance I would. However, I'm only giving 5 stars because of maintenance. Eric is one of the best. Soon as my work order is in he comes through and fixes what needs to be fixed. Eric is great at communicating. He explains what needs to be fixed and why. Eric is always nice, respectful, and professional. Even when you just see him walking around the neighborhood, he waves and says hello. As far as staff in the leasing office, that will have to be another post.

I have lived here for 4 years, but the management has become terrible over the past year. I’ve been dealing with a water leak inside my apartment for more than a week, the ceiling has already collapsed, and nothing has been fixed. This is an old issue that has caused a lot of mold, and despite several notifications, management only promises to send someone but never follows through. This is clearly an emergency, yet they show no concern. The maintenance staff is attentive, but the management is completely negligent and unorganized.
