Elevate at Oslo

I'd like to preface this review by making it clear that no money has changed hands between myself and the operators of Elevate@Oslo. This is not a fact that is for a lack of trying. Repeatedly, over the past 1.5 months I've been attempting to reach management with this residency and have been unsuccessful. I'll list the ways: 1) they do not answer the phone and the voice mailbox is full. 2) they do not respond to emails 3) they do not respond to inquiries via their myriad ads on Craigslist touting their "responsive team" (lol) 4) they do not honor unit tours scheduled through their own website. 5) they are not even present during office hours when a physical visit has been attempted, impromptu, on multiple occasions. Service was amazing but it's really small and for the price they're asking for, not worth it in my opinion. Storage was super small as well. You're basically getting a small hotel room for rent.

Abi was extremely professional in presenting the apartment and promptly answered all the detailed questions I had. I wanted a specific location within the complex and she delivered. Thank you Abi!! John the manager with Juan in maintenance worked diligently to prepare my apartment. Everything is new and I am pleased. Thank you John and Juan!

If you just need the absolute basics and not much room, this works. They are clean, they respond well to requests.
