Elevate Apartments in Fairfield CA

Ive been here for a Lil over a year. And honestly it was really really great at first I loved it. Loved having the 8 ft deep pool! Don't find those anywhere like that. And then having the store and middle school so close but then new management came and things started to break and no one cared enough. I understood they only had temporary maintenance staff but to be told that something was done when it wasnt and I'm waiting weeks without that certain thing. Imagine having a portable AC that leaks and doesnt even cool the apartment down like I'm thankful. But 100 degree heat in Fairfield with a portable that covers only like 250 sq ft? Ya no thats not going to cool anything down just waste electricity And having people who dont live there block my car in and when I try to use the pool or lau

Elevate is an awesome place to live You get affordable rent. The space is nice and clean all appliances are new and in working order. The property manager there name Elizabeth was very knowledgeable and very helpful and provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend renting from elevate

It was a good place at first when we first moved it then they changed managements and that's when the issues started coming. People letting in strangers and friends to use the pool and they always leave trash around the pool and in the pool, there is always somebody blocking our parking spot and other residents letting people use the laundry room on site. We have reported it numerous times and nothing has changed or gotten better. You also get charged for their trash services, instead of a base fee, they weigh all the trash and make the amount equal to everyone even if you hardly use those services. Would recommend finding a much better place unless this is the worst case scenario

So I Have Been here a little over three years and I've seen Elevate Grow alot. It's had It's up and downs but The Owners have really invested alot to changing the View of The Property and The Look of the Property. So far they've done a Great Job. I Still Love it here!
