Elevate Altoona

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half, and I genuinely enjoy calling this community home. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been extremely polite and pleasant, which makes a big difference day to day. The staff and buildings and grounds team is always professional, courteous, responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. I’ve also really enjoyed the community events. There’s good food, and there are usually leftovers (so you can go back for seconds). I truly have nothing negative to say about this apartment complex. I’d absolutely recommend it to others, and I’m looking forward to being back for my last year here.

They charge you for cleaning fees even if you cleaned. They have mice and don’t get pest control. I had mice in my apartment the entire year I was there. I left, and my old roommate says there’s still mice there. They had a whole summer to get it under control and they didn’t. 3rd floor by the way so there’s no avoiding it.

I love living at Nittany Pointe Altoona! It is a great apartment complex and my landlords are very understanding and fair. They ensure that the property is clean and safe for all tenants living here! I completely recommend for all students to live here because it will be the best housing decision you could make here in Altoona!

My daughter has been a resident for 2 years. Her apartment is awesome. Very spacious and well laid out. The common room is very appealing with a nice wrap around couch and gas fireplace. Weight room, pool,hot tub and tanning bed are perks as well. Staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Very accessible to campus.
