Element WeHo Apartments

I used to live at Element WeHo a few years back. I just went to visit my friend who still lives there, and thought I should write a review, reflecting on my experience. I enjoyed the high end feel of my apartment. The amenities are top notch. The manager was kind and helped me out with any maintenance issues that came up while I lived there. Living in West Hollywood is chaotic, but I did like coming home to my peaceful apartment. It was a pretty cool experience living there. It was my first time in a high end luxury apartment. I would recommend anyone looking for the West Hollywood experience to live there even if it is for a year.

Had a great experience there, management was great, Hannah was very helpful and so was the handy man. Perfect spot in West Hollywood, if you ask me. Really loved my apartment. I miss the amazing kitchen, and pool. My husband worked down the street so it was very convenient for us, and I worked from home. I loved my top floor apartment. I will only have good memories of our stay at Element WeHo.

I got a good deal here on an apartment. They offered me a special, which really brought the rent down. My favorite things about this place is the amazing view from my balcony (especially at night), and how close it was to my work. Traffic is bad, so I was able to walk to work each day, which was perfect. The gym looked nice, however, I didn't use it much. I loved my wine fridge in my apartment. All in all, Element WeHo was a great place to live for me.

I strongly recommend against living here. Property is run by a poorly managed management company - they seem to take the most inexpensive route to fix everything - which became evident with the routine issues we had in our apartment. The manager - David is careless, unreliable and shows signs of incompetence. I have never met the guy and I’ve lived here for 13 months, and we’ve communicated almost monthly. He handed my gf the keys, and never came by again, despite saying he would. I’ve seen him make an appearance to show units in the bldg, but he avoids eye contact, runs away quickly and takes the stairs to leave. Police and fire were each here on two different occasions (death in one of the units and sprinkler or alarm issue) and no one had a way to contact David (they asked 7 units on t

It seems like a lot of the negative reviews are due to a former property manager. I don't have experience with that person, but from living here in 2023, we have had a wonderful experience with David, from move in to now. He is both kind and responsive, and we love of our apartment and its location. So far so good!
