I have lived here for 2 years and appreciate the staff and how they have helped me through out the 2 years. Maintenance is helpful and responds quickly. The office staff always has a smile and we can laugh and joke and I love that. They don’t treat me like a number but actually care.

Like most older apartments there are issues to be had from time to time. But the office staff and maintenance crew are always there to resolve the issue in a timely manner and are pleasant to deal with. The pools are great in the summer and the locaction getting downtown is a breeze.

I have a friend that lives here for almost a year or so, she's thought about moving and went to the office and spoke with the property manager. I think she told me her name was Christina. She was the most helpful and knowledgeable person to work in the office. With that being said my friend has since then renewed her lease. Thanks to your amazing staff and the best views.

Management is careless, neglectful and incompetent to do the job. Constant dumpsters overflowing with trash, roach infestation, rat and mice infestation, raw sewage constantly runs over the walkways and parking lots. This WAS a great place to live until the new management (or lack there of) took over. Now it's overpriced, dangerous and extremely dilapidated.

Casandra and Aliyah have been amazing! Aliyah gave me a great tour of the complex, and both of them have been incredibly friendly and helpful ever since. Their customer service really makes a difference, highly recommend!
