Element at Tempe North Apartments

I toured this property a few weeks ago with Roxanne. She was very patient and helpful. The units are a good size and have nice sized balconies. I do wish they had in unit washer and dryers, but they do have a laundry room. I didn’t apply only because there was no availability for an immediate move in.

I toured this community recently and even though I’m not moving forward right now, my experience with Roxanne was amazing. She was patient, friendly, and answered every question I had from our first call to the tour itself. She was genuine, helpful, and made the whole tour feel really comfortable.

I’ve lived here for a few months now and it’s been great! Maintenance has resolved all my work orders within the same week, which I really appreciate. It’s a smaller property too, which I actually love because it feels quiet and more personal. Overall, I’ve had a really good experience living here so far!

My wife and I are potentially relocating to the area for work and decided to tour some apartments while visiting. We stopped by Element and have to say the staff made us feel at home. We were greeted with a smile by Heidi and had a wonderful time during our tour. She was very knowledgeable of the property and answered all of our questions we had. Should we decide to make our move, Element will definitely be on the top of our list to call home.
