Element Apartments

My family and I had the best experience possible while living in Element. The property and amenities were always clean and in good repair. Maintenance response was always thorough and timely, and they did their best not to inconvenience us the time or two that we had to call them. Germayne and the office staff were always helpful, and made me feel very comfortable choosing Element as a safe option for my teenage daughters living in a big city for the first time. Our neighbors were friendly, respectful and polite. We never had issues with parking and other annoyances that occur in apartment living. I had a great tour experience! Zachary was very helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the process easy and welcoming. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It’s a little far from my job, but I’d definitely still recommend this community. And it doesn’t hurt that Zachary is SUPER handsome! 😊

I have really enjoyed my time at element apartments. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The office staff is responsive and kind. The maintenance team is amazing. However, the corporation is so lacking. They choose to use third parties for everything. I think at least five have been introduced in the 3 years I've been here. They use one for rental insurance verification, they use one for pet screening, they use one for parking, they've used at least three for payment processing. This puts all of your tenants in a precarious situation. It gives access of our financial information and other personal information to third parties. Have been living here going on 3 months now. Hands down best and easiest apartment complex I’ve lived in. Easy onboarding, rent paying, attentive staff and maintenance is amazing. ACTUALLY dog friendly too. This is a real review already hoping to extend my lease.

I genuinely fear for my safety right now. After being evicted, due to their lack of communication and decency, even though I had enough money to get my rent current. They wouldn’t accept a penny less than the full amount so if you fall behind ONCE… you will have the locks changed on you, your dogs stolen and your personal belongings locked away never to be seen again. I had to call the police to let me in to get my heart medication because the manager Linda wouldn’t unlock the door for me. Jorge the maintenance manager is too inept to make such a decision on his own so I was forced to sleep in the park down the street with my dogs (after spending 4 hour retrieving them from animal control, and return with the police the following morning to retrieve my heart medication and some clothes.
