⭐️ 1 Star — This building is the definition of “I deserve better.” Electchester Housing – Second House, Building 5 is honestly a public service announcement waiting to happen. If you move here after reading this, that’s on YOU, because I’m giving you the warning nobody gave me. Let’s begin with the first-floor stench, because baby… It’s not just a smell — it’s an experience. A traumatic one. Whatever is going on down there should be studied by scientists, because I’ve never smelled anything that disrespectful in my entire life. I literally have to wear an N95 mask just to pick up my mail. Imagine paying rent AND needing PPE. Ridiculous. Now, let’s talk about the super. This man walks around EVERY DAY with that bucket and mop like he’s filming a cleaning montage for a movie. But the gag

Unethical place ! Literally worst Decision I made was moving here.

The current management team has really improved Electchester over the years. By continually making many capital improvements moving it in the right direction. The complex is a oasis in queens for the many many people who live there, and call it home.

Awesome apartments, clean and well kept grounds, great area to raise your kids!!!

A lovely place to raise your kids, lots of play grounds and so many summer activities too!!!
