I cannot recommend Dave Steinberg at Summit Funding enough. He helped me buy my wonderful home!!!! The rate is great - but even better than that is the kind and knowledgeable personal touch and advice. I told people that I was treated as if I was his favorite niece. He encouraged me to call him at anytime for any reason. He talked sense to me when I was overwhelmed. He showed me it was possible to buy this house that I love. I can’t speak highly enough about David Steinberg. We had a really complicated mortgage situation. A different banking institution bailed on us after weeks of work because there were too many layers – – a co-op board, a trust, I live in a different state, and, despite it being occupied by a family member, they determined it was not “owner occupied”.
