This is an honest review as a potential renter. I do NOT live in this complex. I assess any residence from the moment I drive by either day or night. On last Thurs or Fri, I had stopped by to inquire about a 2 bd/1.5 or 2 bth on site. There was nothing to show at the time. The leasing agent Xavionte (sp?) was helpful, but nonchalant. I had to ask a lot of prying questions about the property. Then, he simply directed me to scan a QR code to my phone. I was told that a unit available to tour would be on Monday (3/9). That was today! I booked online and immediately drove from Dunwoody to the property. They had a sign on the door and remained locked. It was all of 7 mins into my scheduled tour, no one around. I called and no one answered. They wasted my time and gas! The parking situation is

Easily the worst complex I have EVER lived in. Rent started at $1641-which wasn’t bad for the space in my 2-2. It’s now almost $1900 and not worth it at all. Management has since changed and it has all been downhill. There has not been any gate security since I moved here in 2024, so it’s open access to anyone who feels like pulling up. The playground you see in these pictures IS NOT HERE. It was removed due to a big hole in the ground and never replaced. Mind you, there are DOZENS of children who live here…with nowhere to play. The gym space does not look like that either. The equipment is old and the space is very small. If you have a gym membership, keep it. The pool is barely open, or even clean for that matter. And they keep it closed because neighboring apartments come over and do wh

I’ve lived here for over two years and unfortunately my experience has gone downhill, especially since the new management took over. The maintenance issues alone make this place unacceptable. Most recently the dishwasher has been full of black mold and has not been drying properly for over a month despite repeated reports. We also dealt with a major water leak that required constant shop-vac use for two weeks because the drain was clogged. It took three or four attempts with different plumbers before it was finally fixed. On top of that, the AC system has been a nightmare. It took them two weeks just to add Freon after I reported the system was low. Later we found a leak in the coil and mold in the system, but management still refused to replace it. I ended up cleaning the mold myself. Wh

I recently moved in and couldn’t be happier. The apartment is beautiful and everything was ready and spotless. The management team has been very welcoming and attentive. Thank you!

I’ve lived in a few apartments throughout my life and this has been by far the worst apartment I have ever had to live in. If I had the money I would have ended my lease immediately. We had issues as soon as we moved in, our bedroom was missing a door and till this day we are missing another door (we moved in march) the oven wasn’t working, the toilet was out of order and right now there’s water leaking from our wall and the ac always stops working. I have a baby and our apartment is always at 78 and she can die from SIDS. the apartment refuses to fix it, I have to go up there like 5 times before they actually come and fix it. Signing this lease has been my biggest regret please do not consider this apartment.
