My kids and I lived here for over 3 years, and they were able to walk to school. We had a large balcony and a garage. The neighbors are very nice and property manager is very responsive.

Run Away! For so many reasons but especially the property manager. When you meet her and read her face... go with your first impression. I had a perfect rental history and was a dream tenant She will point fingers to her " bosses and the owner" all day long but she's the one that makes the false reports. You will find mold within a month and no water pressure. Parking for guests is a joke. And the buildings public areas stay filthy. I tend to be a professional at getting along with people, but once you leave or your lease ends is when she stabs you in the back with actual false damages. I really hope the owner wises up and at least finds a decent/honest human being to replace her. ANYWHERE BUT HERE! MASSIVE Construction project will block the entrance until 2025. The building constantly shakes from the road construction starting at 8am. Frequent water shutoffs. "remodeled" apartments mean an extreme landlord special hack job with improperly installed dishwashers, sideways mirrors, window mold, and leaks. MAX 2 parking spots per unit and the few guest spots are always full from long term tenants. Horrible if you ever want a guest over that drives. Parents use the complex as a loading and unloading zone for the high school kids every day. If you unfortunately are passing by around school out then you will be in 30min of traffic on this one way in/out road. And a rent increase amidst all of this?!? Management increases the payment by 15% every year, however, the quality of service is deteriorating year by year. The apartments are very poorly maintained. Management don’t care at all. At my own experience they are provide terrible service day by day. Over the past six months, our apartment has been flooded four times. Patience is over. The main reason is the lack of technical control and the irresponsible attitude of management. Our family even had to move to a hotel while the apartment was being renovated, it was very inconvenient, that’s all because management guys were too lazy to repair the drainpipe after the my first request. I've lived here for more than 5 years and seen the transition from the old ownership to the new one. Cara is an excellent manager and takes care of the property as well as any maintenance requests, very promptly. She's always available and is very welcoming. They maintain the property well, and the new remodels look amazing! Good job, Cara.
