The parking is terrible, and cars are regularly dinging or hitting each other. For what you are getting, this place is too expensive to justify, and management must be badgered before things are addressed such as maintenance. Speaking of maintenance, I’m not sure if they actually know what they’re doing, and they have never once picked up when calling the “emergency line.” Management, without notifying us, sold our parking spot to another new tenant, and our car was almost towed. We’ve had 3-4 different property managers in less than a year of living here. The pool and spa often look disgusting, and the onsite laundry is always littered with trash and dirt. The laundry machines often are out of service. I have seen dogs AND cats wander on the property unleashed, and my cat has now gotten

MILITARY BE AWARE Place is a money pit with horribly ran management that switches out every 3-4 months. Take photos and videos of everything before and after moving out. This place will try to scam you out of your security deposit and try to falsify damages to charge you extra on top of that. All amenities are grossly unkept and the shared laundry room is rarely fully functional. Whenever you need something from them they’re very unprofessional and lazy but best believe if they need something from you they’ll hound you with the upmost priority and professionalism just to screw you over. I’d rather live out of my car than live here.

Absolutely the worst complex I have ever lived in. We completed the move in inspection and they fixed nothing the entire time we lived there. The parking situation is horrible-there’s broken glass everywhere and they moved the dumpsters in-front of our car. We were blocked in for two months before they moved them. There’s always police at the complex for fights/ domestic violence/ and theft. Our mail has been stolen from the mailboxes multiple times. They refuse to get security cameras or take safety seriously. Everything is cheap inside and breaks. They never clean the dog waste bins either-so the whole place smells rancid. On top of that they continuously change management and maintenance staff. Unfortunately, the staff gets worse and worse. I would run from this place as fast as you can

Be careful if you ever have to move into this place. We were moved into an apartment that we were told somebody committed suicide it. That was fine we're not superstitious or anything. However there was a smell of death that came upon the apartment during the summer. One of the property managers identify the smell and offered to move us to a different apartment however we would have to pay another deposit. We don't have that kind of money to pay a deposit while we're waiting for other deposit to be returned to us. We'll be getting out of this place soon enough. We went month to month. FYI, the jacuzzi did not work for most of the year that we have lived here. They said they remodeled it and when we went to the test it out it was lukewarm.
