I came to see the property, and I genuinely liked the territory and the building, but your employees were too lazy to show me the available apartments. They only showed me the model unit – but excuse me, you don’t rent out the model, and that’s not the same thing. What does it mean “apply first, and then we’ll show you”? How are people supposed to choose an apartment just by looking at the floor plan on the website and a staged model? The actual unit you are going to live in is not the same thing. It’s very important to understand which exact apartment you’re taking, where the windows face. What if they overlook a trash area? My family and I recently moved into Elan Palm Reserve, and it has truly been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. From the very first tour, the staff were professional, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable; a special shoutout to Austin, who made the process seamless. Moving day went smoothly, and the warm welcome we received set the tone for everything that followed. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located just 2.5 to 3 miles from I-95, with supermarkets, restaurants, car washes, and more nearby. If you had any doubts about where to live, look no further, the service here is quite literally a breeze. The employees in the leasing office are friendly and courteous. They’re always willing to help and resolve any and all questions that may arise. The staff is also very friendly and respectful when seen in passing. When came to the leasing office we arrived towards the end of business hours and Kim accommodated us and was very welcoming and honest.

The move in process was a breeze ! This is my first ever apartment & Kimberley made sure to stay in touch and explained every step of the move in process with me so we were always on the same page.
