Shout out to Austin and the leasing team - always a great experience! Knowledgable, fun and professional. Beautiful property with plenty of areas to hang out if you don't want to stay cooped up in your apartment (especially when you work from home). Having an on-site cafe - Night Swim Coffee - in their retail space is a huge plus!

I’ve had such a great experience living here the past year, thanks to Bryce, Haley, Yves, and the entire leasing team. They were always so welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. Truly the best part of living here! They made this place feel like home, and I am so glad I toured with Haley last year. She made the moving process seamless! The building is clean, quiet, and well managed (no constant fire alarms like other places). The finishes on this place are well thought out. There were social events every month, from yoga to cocktails. Walking distance to Rally and Olde Meck. They’re building townhomes around, but I haven’t heard any construction even while living on the 2nd floor. Bryce was professional, genuine, and always answered emails promptly. I’ve lived here for almost a year now - I moved here out of state and didn’t tour in person. Bryce sent me tons of videos of the apartment & complex (specifically the one I was going to move into, even showing me the window views to make sure I was okay with it). Bryce and the rest leasing staff are great! The building is brand new and pretty much well kept. I can always find a parking spot in the garage and my guests always have a spot to park in. Also I can’t hear my neighbors at all so the apartment seems pretty well insulated. The only negatives are- the halls smell like weed sometimes but what apartment doesn’t. The leasing staff seems to take care of it. And if you live on the 6th floor, there’s only one elevator that goes to it and it’s not accessible from the first floor (so movin

Even though my partner & I haven't moved in yet, we're absolutely in love with this property -- and Yves made it all possible. The property is everything we were looking for and more. Yves, our leasing agent, was obviously an expert on the property and units, making the entire process a breeze. We can't wait to move in and enjoy all that this amazing community has to offer. Update: Still a top tier complex. People are great and friendly. Staff is excellent and honestly have loved it. 100% recommend based on location, amenities, staff, and just the people who live here.

Being a nice-looking building is not enough. For a property to truly function, it needs good management, and unfortunately this building lacks it. For quite some time now, multiple issues have been developing and not only remain unresolved, but continue to get worse. This is supposed to be a SMOKE-FREE building, however, in the hallways and stairwells on floors 5 and 6 it is common to find cigarette butts and a constant smell of weed. It has become increasingly common to see people smoking in these common areas, including members of the so-called security staff, which shows a complete lack of control and respect for the building’s own rules.
