Elan Inwood

Lived at Elan Inwood for two years and it was absolutely fantastic. The management is great; Sebastian is particularly wonderful. I never waited more than a day for a maintenance request to be taken care of. Clean, luxurious amenities. Kind neighbors in a safe community. Hard to beat!

I recently stopped by the office to meet with the manager, and I must say, Mr. Sebastian was absolutely exceptional. His warm welcome and vibrant energy made the entire experience feel so comforting and professional. You can truly see how much he loves what he does, and it shows in the way he interacts with everyone who walks through those doors. His customer service is unmatched, and he made me feel valued and taken care of. Without a doubt, anytime I return, I’ll be sure to greet him first. Of course, the entire team is wonderful and works beautifully together, but Sebastian was the one who personally assisted me, and I’m so grateful he did. If you're visiting for inquiries about a home or simply have questions, he is absolutely the go-to person. You will not be disappointed.

So amazing I moved here twice! I moved to Elan Inwood before construction was complete in 2020. After a year and a half, I moved closer to my child’s activities and school. Fast forward to 2023 when my kid was able to drive, I knew I was coming back to the place that’s always felt like home. The staff at Elan Inwood has always been, and are the most amazing people a resident could want. From the trust worthy, helpful, and on time maintenance crew, to the friendly, caring, and responsive office staff, they can’t be beat. If you are looking for a quaint neighborhood like atmosphere complete with first class interior finishes and huge garages, Elan Inwood is definitely the place for you.

Sebastian’s customer service is the absolute best. He is kind, attentive and very quick to ask if you need anything to let him know- and he means it. The community is beautiful and the people are great but Sebastian’s customer service takes the cake.

I am not much on reviews, but I have to say touring Elan Inwood was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Josh was so informative and answered all my questions. The entire staff is so helpful and wanting to help in every way. Not to mention how gorgeous the property is. Thank you to you all at Elan Inwood... Nicole, Sebastian, Josh and the managers for having such a great team!
