Elan East Apartments

I absolutely love living at Elan East! Unfortunately, I have to move because of work, and it genuinely makes me sad to leave. This has been one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in. The staff here is phenomenal—always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever something is needed. They really make residents feel welcomed and valued. The property itself is very well maintained, and you can tell management takes pride in keeping everything clean, organized, and looking great. Another thing I truly appreciate is how peaceful and quiet the community is. It’s a great environment to relax and feel at home. Elan East is easily the best apartment building on the east side. It’s in an excellent, highly walkable location that maintains an accessible neighborhood feel while being so close to A++ bars and restaurants. I renewed my lease multiple times while living here because the staff, especially the leasing staff Ajani and Heather, are so helpful. They are professional, prompt, and will genuinely go out of their way to help their current and future residents. The maintenance staff is also incredible - requests are addressed within days (if not hours) and the building is always spotless because of its diligent cleaning crews. I’d live here again despite the fact that the clubhouse is only open during leasing hours and the building lacks some newer ultra-premium amenities.

I recently renewed my lease at Elan East for the third time. The office management and maintenance team (shoutout to Heather and Dan!) are excellent and make you feel at home. They're very professional, pro-active communicators, and genuinely care about the resident experience. I really love the walkable community, bus route access, and how close EE is to everything I need. I've lived in a few Austin apartments, and EE has easily been my favorite. :)

My wife and I have been living here for over two months now and have loved it. Ajani and Heather are courteous, available, proactive, and extremely helpful. The facilities are nice and expansive, maintenance is responsive and simple to request, and the overall living experience has been excellent. We have recently begun attending apartment community events as we have been able and they have been super fun as well! Overall, I would absolutely recommend Elan East and thank Ajani and Heather and the rest of the staff for making moving and living here a pleasure!

Elan East is the best! A true gem of a complex located in a great area of Austin! The management team of Ajani, Heather and Bailey are outstanding! Don’t take my word for it, check them out!
