Elan At Terra Bella Village

I lived at Elan at Terra Bella for five wonderful years, and it truly felt like home. The community was safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. Anytime I needed to report something, the leasing team handled it quickly and professionally. A special thank you to Ashley, your warmth and attentiveness made my experience even more special. Leaving Louisiana was tough, largely because Elan was one of the few places I’ve ever truly felt at home. Grateful for every moment there.

I visited the other day with my sisters, as one of them is considering moving in. We were honestly very impressed. The grounds were spotless and well cared for, and the whole place had a calm, welcoming feel to it that really stood out. Madison, the young lady who gave us the tour, was such a pleasure. She was kind, patient, and knew so much about the property. She took the time to show us two different apartments so we could get a feel for the layouts, and she answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or like we were a bother. We left feeling very good about everything. It’s a beautiful community, and I’d feel at ease knowing my sister would be living somewhere that feels safe, quiet, and friendly. Definitely a positive experience all around. Thanks again!

I lived at Terra Bella for 4 years and was consistently disappointed with communication from the front office. I have moved out 2 Months ago with the appropriate notice time and I have not received my deposit or an explanation of what was deducted if anything. I also feel monthly pet rent is ridiculous especially when you are obligated to put down a nonrefundable deposit in the beginning.

I have had a wonderful experience living at Elan at Terra Bella, and I truly want to commend the exceptional team that makes this community feel like home. Jessica, the manager, has been absolutely amazing. She is attentive, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents have a pleasant experience. Her leadership and genuine care have made my time here incredibly enjoyable. Ashley is by far one of the most thorough and understanding Assistant Managers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She is always accessible, responsive, and ready to assist at a moment’s notice. Her attention to detail and dedication to helping residents truly set her apart. I love Elan apts. I love that it is quiet, has a great neighborhood to walk in with very good amenities. The workout room, pool, and grill are not very crowded. I plan to stay in the community long term and highly recommend this apartment complex.
