Jessica went above and beyond to make our move in process smooth and easy. She is so kind and she works with you. We felt so welcomed, she’s literally the best. The property is peaceful and clean. Also there are good stores nearby. 10/10 recommend!

This is a bitter sweet moment for me because I'm happy to go back home to be with family but I'm also sad to leave my cozy and quite apartment.  This was my first time renting and had the best experience with the manager Jessica when I moved in two years ago.  She was friendly, kind, professional, helpful and just very pleasant to work with.  Maintenance has also done a great job responding and taking are of repairs. Thank you guys for making my stay the best and for the special experience renting my first home in Las Vegas!

Jessica the property manager was very nice and very helpful with our move-in process. She did everything in her power to help us get all the information and move in as soon as possible. Honestly, she is the best of the best on customer service and keeping customer satisfied. My wife and I are very satisfied and happy with our new home !!

El Parque Villas Is Amazing ~! It’s right by the TJ Max, Starbucks, Walmart, China Town and other nice restaurants and shopping places. It's a nice & cozy apartment and the pools are big and kept clean. The staff is super nice. I love it here!

I have to give thanks to the leasing office and maintenance staff for always doing an amazing job. Anytime I request for something to be fixed in the apartment, they handle it quickly and efficiently. They also keep the community looking nice and clean. Great job team!
