El Mirador Apartments

I lived here for almost 2.5 years and had an amazing experience. The maintenance team is outstanding. Anytime I submitted a request, they responded within a few hours, not even days. The property is clean, well-managed, and everything is so convenient. I only moved because my family grew and we needed a three-bedroom, which unfortunately they don’t offer. Otherwise, I would have definitely stayed longer. The community is gated, but the gate was never locked, so anyone could enter. Even with that, I never experienced any security issues during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment. It’s a great place to live—safe, responsive, and comfortable.

The manager heather is so nice and kind! The apartments are very clean and beautiful. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly. Highly recommend living here if you can find an available unit!

Have lived here for 3 years and absolutely no complaints. The management is always friendly and attentive, we have never had to wait long for maintenance and the park access is really nice to have!

I was very surprised to see the negative reviews here since it was very different from my experience. I lived at El Mirador for 3 years and did not had any issues with the management nor maintenance. I liked the location, near shops and restaurants and the park is definitely a plus. Whenever I needed something fixed which was on just 2 occasions it got fixed the next day. Prices are very reasonable. I never felt insecure but I am giving it a 4 star because it doesn’t have a functioning gate and that would have been a plus. I didn’t have any issues moving out. Rent was hassle free with online payment. I didn’t have any issues moving out, I wasn’t charged anything other than for carpet replacement in the room which I saw coming because you could see how it was darker in the areas that were n

Lived here for 2 years and loved it! Management and maintenance were very responsive and friendly. The apartment itself was very nice (granite countertops, new appliances, etc) and the amenities were amazing (especially the resort-style pool!). The only thing is that you'll be able to hear your neighbors, but that's true for most apartments. Overall, I highly recommend El Mirador!
