El Dorado apartments is a great place to live. Ive been here since 2016. The place has Affordable rents. Great management and is very clean and quiet. Nathan Bailey the new property manager answers our calls promptly and fixes issues quickly.

We have a new administration (Nathan) very pleasant. They are helpful, kind, fast … make In short, it is a safe and quiet place to leave. Recommend 100%
I am very pleased with the new manager. He is very personable and always willing to help the residents. Maintenance problems are always done in a timely manner and that is very much appreciated.
Rent is very affordable for seniors. Mr. David Smith is very attentive with all the residents. My dad loved the ducks, it was really a nice complement to the community. They were so cute. No pest problems.
