Since the new management took over midway through my lease, the property has steadily gone downhill. Communication is extremely difficult, you can’t speak directly with management, and getting a response feels like an uphill battle. The front gate is frequently broken and left unrepaired for long stretches, which makes the complex feel unsafe. Residents are charged for the laundry room, yet since the new management arrived, it has most of the time been left unclean. On many occasions, more than three machines have been out of order at the same time, and management does not treat these repairs with any urgency. The front gate is constantly broken and stays that way for long periods, which makes the complex feel unsafe. We’re charged for the laundry room, yet it hasn’t been cleaned once since the new management arrived. The apartment grounds look completely neglected—overgrown, messy, and nothing like how they were when I first moved in. The worst issue, though, is the roaches. I cannot express how great and wonderful this Apartment Complex was to me. First and foremost my time here at El Diablo has been more than just home. It has collected memories and stories, The ideal place for comfort. I do not have no regrets being here and would highly recommend anyone to come and visit the place before jumping to negative conclusions/comments. The landlord Stephanie is an absolute wonderful person and keeps the property in order. When you are in need of maintenance, she’s there to assist and get what is needed for you. I lived here for two years while I was a graduate student at ASU. The property is absolutely beautiful - it’s like living in a botanical garden. The apartments are clean and nice, and the amenities (covered parking, pool, hot tub, laundry) were perfect for our needs. Like all the other reviews mention, Gloria and Stephanie are absolutely incredible people who genuinely care about their residents. I loved living here and would have definitely stayed if my family didn’t live in another state. Don’t hesitate to rent here if you get the chance!

Not the best for resolving maintenance issues or for property cleanliness but okay for price and location. Good temp housing if just moving to the area.
