El Cidro by Century Communities

We're approaching our 2 yr March 2026. When we first moved in we had no heat. Someone failed to connect the gas line. How that got signed off on who knows. Every issue we had was a fight with the builders. Within 7 months after move in we had termites in our master bath, followed by termites in the other 2 bathrooms. Something has to be leaking because now there is leaking of water in the dining room which each wall has a bathroom on the other side. Weve called within our year and the builders claim there was no leakage. Oh and no water pressure in the kitchen. You want to soak dishes it will take a good 30 mins to fill up the sink. I thought this was our dream house that we'd retire in but it has become a nightmare. At this point we feel this is going to be costly repairs down the road if

Probably worst builder in Arizona for the price if you looking for new home probably should look else where warranty is just as bad they might as well show up with a box of bandaid for repairs

Terrible builder, lots of issues with the home and the warranty dept denies all claims. No support after you close.

What an amazing place to live... WOW, it is so beautiful here!!!! It is so close to everything, but you feel like your on an island... Nights are breath taken
