if I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely terrible management. Maintenance request are rarely filled and there’s dog shit everywhere. we’re also charged $30 monthly for amenities that are only open for a few hours a day…ridiculous. and I’m still getting charged a fee for not having renters insurance even though one of the front desk staff completed my renters insurance application with me…. overall, there’s a lot of pesky fees, front desk, rarely get anything done, and maintenance never answer request. save yourself the headache & don’t move here…

Jose Diaz is an excellent worker right before i moved units he helped me out with multiple things i had been waiting and dealing with for a long time. Super helpful and got to the job without any hesitation. Best maintenance on the property.
