It's been nearly 2 years since we took possession of our home, a great time to reflect on our home and our relationship with our builder Eide. We broke ground on 2/28/22, and moved in 4/5/2023, this was during the pandemic which added a few delays for the build. The real constant was our builder Eide. The team kept us informed and updated on how choices could impact schedules and offered suggestions and confidence building on how these choices would create the home of our dreams. No build is perfect but Eide was always there to quickly and professionally do everything to correct any issues. I have never met a more kind hearted and solid builder and we've been through a couple custom home builds. We found ourselves in a tough situation with another builder, and Mikal, Megan, and John were so generous with their time and connections, with the intent of just helping us out. That is rare. We are kicking ourselves that we didn't go with Eide to begin with - they build houses right in every way. If we ever decide to do another custom home build, Eide will be our first and only call.

We did a great deal of research to find the best builder in our area. We met with a lot of builders and saw a lot of their work. After seeing several Eide homes and talking to others who had purchased their homes, it was obvious that we wanted Eide Homebuilders to build our new home. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. Not only did they have excellent subcontractors, the Eides made sure everything stayed on our schedule. The quality and finish work is outstanding! They were there to address our every need throughout the process. The team has exceptionally high standards and were a joy to work with.
