Make sure you get a signed walk through when you leave. I didn’t when I moved out a year ago & they completely kept my entire double deposit. Even though I did a walk though with their maintenance man when I returned my keys. They had things janky when I moved in, then used those same things I lived with as the charges keeping my deposit!!!!! Lindsey is who I dealt with & apparently she sleeps well after stealing deposits.

I’ve been here for nearly two years without incident - don’t let one bad apple, soured by the consequences of their own actions, spoil the reputation of this company. EHP has been great to rent from - timely maintenance, quick response to questions, non-invasive management style - you can’t really ask for more. Oh, and the neighbors (most) are actually very lovely people.
