Property was not tenant ready. I had rental assistance on the way to pay for my rent and was harassed till I moved out. Robert Zimmerman is nice on initial meeting but extremely rude after. Never answers the phone, mail box at office is always full, also never in office. Other tenants complained about having to use their own money to fix things. Previous tenants broke lease because of poor management. Good rent prices but don’t expect good customer care.

Never returned my security deposit. The home was infested with rats, little to no communication. I would put in maintenance request only to have it ignored for months and when they finally did send someone out to fix the problem Ehomes wouldn't authorize major defects such as: Rats living in the walls, broken plumbing under the house (which I had verified via an independent plumbing company via drain camera snake), a broken security gate and door to the back which allowed the home to be robbed (to which I had a maintenance request in 2 weeks before, the back door was unsecure the entire rental period), overall the worst rental experience I have ever had. I am still left wondering where my security deposit is. I'm uploading pictures of some of the major defects I endured during my rental

Ehomes has been great. Although we have had some issues with our rental home they have responded quickly to make things right. So far we have had good communication and they are very respectful. Maria is awesome. That was my review in the beginning of the lease. They try to lie and cheat their way out of obligations as property managers. They don't put anything in writing and their communication was none existent after 4 months into a year lease. Maria is the worst property manager ever when things got bad she ghosted our family and quit. Think twice before giving your hard earned money to this awful management company.

I had a wonderful time renting from Ehomes there are so good. Joanna is very polite and when I had to call she handled the problem right away. All work orders got done so fast. Homes of Bakersfield is a very good management company to rent from.Maria my manager was great.when we had that rain last year my roof started leaking I called the maintenance line at about 7:30 p.m. told them what was happening the next morning Ehomes called me bright n early and told me workers were coming that day to fix the leak.Ehomes is the greatest company to rent from.

I have been very happy with my renting experience through eHomes for the past two years. Tammy is a great agent - professional and easy to communicate with. She has made sure maintenance requests have been addressed quickly and responsive anytime I have a question.
