We lived in Dallas TX at the time and on a Holiday weekend we're visiting daughter in Sante Fe. Saw a house on Zillo about 3 weeks prior we really wanted to see. Numerous realtors had ZERO interest in going way up in this remote location but as I was talking to one realtor that said "no way, can't do it this weekend".... my daughter was on the phone with Edmund.
