Best Rental management company on the island. Every time I call, they treat me like Family. These folks care and are on top ef everything. They rent out our house on Palmetto Blvd across from the beach. We call it Seaglass. Contact them and ask about our house. Its well maintained.

OWERS BEWARE! We would not recommend Edisto Sales & Rentals Realty to other property owners. Communication was consistently poor. Emails and phone calls frequently went unanswered, and we often had to follow up repeatedly just to receive basic responses, and we rarely did. We were charged $90 for a remote to be replaced and delivered that costs roughly $20. On multiple occasions, services were performed and billed without our prior approval, which is unacceptable from a property management company. We were NEVER notified that three full sets of bedding and 3 large area rugs were damaged or missing after renters stayed in our home. The service given here is top notch. Every question and concern is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism. They ease the stressful side of vacationing. My only suggestion would be to have more accurate pricing and known availability for those who want to book 6-12 months in the future. It's a delicate balance of finding the right place, if you wait for up to date pricing. This might be an impossible request due to owner contracting and their desired availability. Nonetheless, Edisto is our highly preferred beach vacation destination.

Where do I begin? I'm not a complainer... check my other reviews... but this was the poorest experience I've ever had at Edisto Beach in the 35 years that I've been vacationing there. We've used Atwood and we've used Edisto Realty. Some places are always nicer than others, but this place needs to be gutted, remodeled, leveled, whatever... We arrived on a Sunday and checked in. Moving into the house, my extended family all were just looking at each other and giving that "really?" look to one another. It was clean looking, but in disrepair. Little things like the screen door on the screened in porch being torn away from the frame, wallpaper not sticking to the wall, door locks not functioning, etc. But hey... we're at the beach and we don't intend to spend most of our time indoors.
