Carolina One was incredibly helpful with assisting us in reserving a last minute vacation on Edisto. Inventory was low due to the holiday week but they helped us search for something that was suitable for our family of 3 & fit our budget. Check in & check out was easy. We had no issues with our rental home & enjoyed our stay!! We have been vacationing on Edisto for many, many years but this was our 1st stay with Carolina One... we will however, look to them in the future for reservations for future Edisto stays. Great experience!!

Originally (several years ago), We had a mix up about dates of who was supposed to be at our family beach home and ended up with more bodies than beds. Carolina One was able to quickly find me accommodations to solve our problem. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful. We have rented this property for about 8-9 years now every spring break. The folks at Carolina One are still just as easy to deal with as they were then.

Carolina One on Edisto, always a pleasure to rent from. After our annual week at Edisto for the 20th year in a row I realized we had left all our hanging cloths at the rental house. We called Carolina One on a Sunday afternoon and they promptly found our cloths and held them for us. They were so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure all our dress cloths made it back to us. Thankful for Southern hospitality! Saved us close to 600 dollars worth of cloths. We have always had good experiences with them promptly getting any issues resolved fast during our beach weeks. Thank you Carolina One!

Rented marsh cove house for the week and it was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, the views were awesome and it was semi secluded which is so hard to find. The Carolina one team was the best from booking to checkout!

Over all we had a great time. The house was nice and close to the beach. Beautiful kitchen and nice layout. We could not get the bedroom tv to work. On our way into the island our car broke down and there was no one available to help on the island. We had to wait 90 minutes for a tow. Then we could not get a ride from our beach home to go pick up our car because no one picks up on the island. Also, we didn’t bring much food because we were just going to go to the grocery store after we check in. Well the ONLY grocery store on the island was closed! It had been closed for months to switch over to a new company. Well, it would of been nice if the rental company told us that. Here we were with no food for our family and no car.
