Edison Long Beach

I’ve been here for over a year, and the window situation is flat-out ridiculous. My windows are filthy, and no matter how many times I ask, AMC gives me the same lazy excuse: “We’re working on it.” It’s a joke at this point, because nothing ever gets done. I’m a live streamer, and my followers literally comment on how nasty my windows look on camera. It’s embarrassing, and it makes the whole building look bad. AMC doesn’t respond to emails, doesn’t follow up, and honestly acts like they don’t care about the residents at all. It should NOT take a year to clean windows. The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic effort is unbelievable. If this is how they handle something so simple, imagine what they ignore behind the scenes. Mike at the Edison apts has been great! He’s always on time for repairs and fixes everything perfectly the 1st time. All the staff Juanita Maddie Anissa and Ronnie at the Edison are super friendly. Very happy here.

I’m leaving a review about my experience visiting this complex. We scheduled an appointment in advance and chose a specific time in our work schedule to come and see the apartments. In the end, we arrived about 8 minutes early just to make sure we wouldn’t be late. A young man opened the door for us (surprisingly unfriendly, which is strange for a leasing manager). He started by asking if we brought our documents and what our names were, and then told us that there had been a mistake and that we were scheduled to view the apartments together with other people. There was no apology, no offer of water or coffee: nothing. We had already arrived, and apparently we were expected to sit and wait for the others so we could see the apartments together. I didn’t realize that this was their idea

I toured the Edison and immediately fell in love with both the building and the staff. The property truly feels like a one-stop shop, offering everything I needed along with a full range of luxurious amenities. On top of that, I felt incredibly well taken care of by the wonderful leasing agent Ronnie and the exceptional building manager Juanita. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in understanding what I was looking for. Even though I was only there for a tour, they made me feel completely at home. I ultimately had to relocate to another part of California for work, but if it weren’t for that, I would be living at the Edison today. Don’t miss the chance to check this place out—and make sure you ask for Ronnie and Juanita. You won’t regret it!

Edison was a great experience from start to end. Their staff are really nice and professional especially Ronnie, Maddie, and Juanita. I can't say thank you enough for the events and fun things to do in this apartment and nearby places.
