Edison Austin Apartments

I absolutely love living here! From day one, the experience has been amazing. The office staff is truly the best — especially Sylvia. She’s always so helpful, kind, and responsive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the residents. The views are incredible, the amenities are top tier, and the pool is one of my favorite spots. Everything is well maintained and the whole community just feels welcoming and comfortable. It’s also a great price for the location — you really can’t beat the value for everything you get. I’m so happy with my decision to live here and will definitely be renewing my lease and staying as long as I can. Highly recommend!!

I’ve liked living at The Edison so far. The pool is nice, there’s a pool table and game room to hang out in, and the rooftop bar with the downtown views is a cool bonus. The price is really good for everything that’s included, especially for the location. The residents here are super welcoming, which made it easy to settle in. If you’re thinking about moving here, do it!

The staff here is seriously the best I’ve experienced at any apartment complex. Whenever I put in a request, the maintenance team is quick to respond and you can tell they actually care. The building is always clean and well kept and it even smells good when you walk in. I’m really happy I chose The Edison. It’s been such a great place to live.

Sylvia always says hello with a warm smile and helped my move from Arizona go smoothly. Ashlyn has given me so many good recommendations on food and things to do. I had a great experience with Edison Luxury Apartments on Riverside. The very first person I spoke with was Sylvia, and she did an excellent job with follow up and communication. At the time, I wasn’t even sure I wanted to move or commit to an apartment.. I was honestly just looking. But her consistency, professionalism, and persistence made a difference and ultimately persuaded me to move forward with the process. Sylvia also took the time to clearly explain the cashback and referral program, including how referrals can actually help cover rent if you bring in enough each month, which was a huge plus.
