I recently moved into Avalon Park Tavares so I have had to email Jessica Shearer for a couple of things to get situated into the neighborhood. Both times she has been so quick to respond, she has answered my questions in their entirety and has provided all of the information I needed. She is always so polite, professional, and helpful. It's refreshing to know she is there when a homeowner needs assistance and I appreciate everything she has helped me with thus far.

I had a serious issue with my AC unit and was able to reach Fiona. She was so cordial , understood the sense of urgency of the problem and assisted me to get an approval. She was very professional and super friendly. Thank you so much, Fiona, and your team, for everything. Phenomenal job at Edison.

Jessica Shearer has dealt with our community concerns with amazing attention. She is responsive and attentive to things that are bought to her and very helpful. Thank you Jessica,you're much better than the previous management companies
