Agents are good people but the website is absolute garbage. Both myself and my wife had out accounts get "stuck" where you cannot add favorites and the favorites you have you cannot sort/filter/view. Tried all the simple stuff like logout and back in, clearing cache, restarting the PC, trying a different PC and nothing worked. Attempting to contact the support was a total joke.
