Special thanks to our LWH managers, this week I’m renewing my tenth year on this property. The care and attention in prep of these critical docs is amazing, thank you Kelece, this organization has refined Property Management into an amazing residential experience. We seem to have many new faces in the community, many friendly neighbors which show thru (mainly for pet people) who often get to visit on shared walks. The property is situated upon five beautiful lakes, setting us above many similarly situated communities. Viewing indigenous wildlife upon the lakes each day can become quite cathartic and contribute to a peaceful environment. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in , the hallways and the property are filthy and they scammed me out of my security deposit. They also did not fix anything and my apartment was not prepped for someone to move in , no new carpet which was filled with stains and smelled up the entire house and my walls were not repainted nor was my tub re epoxied . Was told numerous times these things would be fixed and they never got fixed . The property manager was rude and obnoxious and they ignore the residents DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR MENTAL HELATH

Do not move here unless you think living in hell sounds like a good idea. They don’t fix anything. They don’t answer phones. They play games. Most unprofessional slumlords I’ve ever encountered. Very sad because it could be so much more. No amenities. Laundry rooms are filthy with roaches everywhere. No working equipment in gyms. No security.

The model apartment looks BEAUTIFUL and I was excited to move in but I didn’t hear from management for weeks after they said I was approved. I was told I would get more information on a certain day, but when I called to confirm the upcoming date, I was given the run around. They told me I was approved, yet when I called two weeks later, I was told I had JUST passed the final approval. What’s the point of calling me in the first place if I wasn’t 100% approved? The staff wanted me to wait last minute before giving me a move-in date which is an extreme inconvenience to me as someone moving from out of state. Amy is truly amazing! She is kind, professional, and always goes above and beyond for her residents—even on her days off. No matter what she has going on outside of work, she shows up with a smile and a willingness to help. She takes the time to walk the neighborhood, check on things personally, and make sure everything is running smoothly. Amy also handles new resident welcomes with such care, even going in the day before to ensure homes are spotless—sometimes cleaning details herself so that everything feels fresh and welcoming. She truly understands what “home” should feel like, and she does everything in her power to create that for us.
