Edgewater on Cook Lake

I recently visited Edgewater on Cook Lake with Ryan, and I was really impressed by his professionalism and friendliness. He took the time to answer all our questions and made the experience both enjoyable and informative. What appeals to me most about this community is the stress-free lifestyle it offers. No worries about lawn care or snow removal in winter — everything is thoughtfully managed. The amenities are outstanding: a huge pool, a modern gym, cozy clubhouse, and a scenic walking trail that loops around the community, perfect for relaxing strolls — especially if you have a dog. I also loved the beautiful flowers throughout the clubhouse and the pet-friendly amenities, including the dog area in the clubhouse. Great place to be! We've been here a year and feel Edgewater on Cook Lake is a great value. The homes are nice and well kept, and the support staff are excellent! We especially enjoy the walking trail and easy access to grocery, gas, and the convenience store. Both front office and maintenance know you by name and are extremely responsive--we've only had a few needs and each time, they helped solved the issue quickly. The property managers Josh and Ryan never seem rushed, the always seem to have time to chat, listen and work with you on just about anything. People in the neighborhood are very friendly. All in all, a nice place to call home!

We’ve rented a house here since the community first opened and the service was top notch with the first rental company. They understood the clientele (between homes, affluent and not typical renters). We felt the experience was tasteful, there was attention to detail and careful concern to not make this feel like every other rental community. Ownership made a huge mistake changing management companies: the current company has reversed what the first company did so well and has cheapened the experience, turning things exactly into that of the average apartment community. I recently had the pleasure of touring Edgewater on Cook Lake and I loved it! Ryan, our tour guide, was fantastic—super knowledgeable and professional, making the whole experience so enjoyable. The homes at Edgewater are absolutely stunning — everything from the design, the attention to detail, & the private amenities, really impressed me! There’s a gorgeous pool, a gym, and a lovely walking trail that circles the lake. If you’re looking for a beautiful community, I highly recommend checking this place out! You won’t be disappointed!

Edgewater is a beautiful and small community with amazing views and amenities. Andrew, Ashley and Paige and the rest of the staff have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They have been friendly, accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It is a quiet area, but yet close and convenient to many places. I have been happy with every single detail of being here!
