Edgewater Manor Apartments

I have absolutely no problem living here. The ladies in the office are great. They always help you with any concerns. All the maintenance people have been great. If there is a problem they do fix it. I love my apartment and the lay out of it and it's location.

I scheduled for a visit using an apartment site. I arrived early. The staff, told me: you will have to wait bc we have appointments. I was 1 of said appointments, so I left—poor attitude in the AM. I went back bc the prices/SQ FT seemed unmatched. I applied almost 6 months ago & still never got an approval/denial for my application. They use a third party for their phones & they do not return phone call. If you want to donate money, please do apply.

I've been at EM for a few years. Location is great because its close to the highways and Philadelphia. Also, with anywhere you live you will need a maintenance staff who is knowledgeable and responsive. There is a man named Doug who fixed an issue in my kitchen sink. Within an hour he was already finishing the repair because he lives here! This service makes this place a five star worthy place. Would recommend anyone to come and check this place out if you're looking for a new place to call home.

It's been 3 weeks since I've moved here and I'm so happy that I chose Edgewater Manor apts. I started looking for a place back in September but my situation did not allow me to move at that time. There were reasons for the delay that I explained to Jenni. Thankfully, I got to meet and know Jenni in the leasing office and she understood my situation and worked with me patiently and professionally. Needless to say I ended up being her neighbor and I feel that not only did I get to move into a really nice complex, but I also made a friend. Jenni has been so great that I can only say for Xmas I got a nice place to live and a friend. This was the best choice I made and I have no regrets. Again, thank you Jenni for all that you have done. Keep up the good work.

I have never written a review before, but I figured if I can help out whoever reads this, I should do this. I have lived at Edgewater Manor for a year. I had a situation where I needed a place do live and I moved here without doing much research into it. They said that the building I was moving into was "refurbished" and I should be exited for this spot. Living here has been nothing but a nightmare. When I first moved in, all my apartment smelled of cigarette smoke that came from the vents and continued to the point where i had to purchase an air filter. Multiple times my air conditioning and heating would stop working. There are serious structural problems with the "refurbished" apartment. Water takes 5 minutes (I have timed it) to get warm.
