Biggest con about this place. If work long late nights. Dont expect to have a nice full 8 hours of sleep. The landscape people LOVE to mow for 3-4 hours at the earliest of 7AM. Absolutely ridiculous.

We have lived here for almost 7 yrs now. Yeah the rent goes up a little every year but so does everything else you buy. We haven't had problems living here. Yeah the minor things like upstairs neighbor walk heavy or whatever. We have never had a problem with Julie or Piper. They both have worked with us if we had a problems. Its a nice quiet place to live.

Piper is very nice to deal with! Great prices and very clean facilities. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. Definitely a great choice if you're looking for an apartment to rent. This is by far one of the best apartments I've seen. 5 star for the location, cleanliness, amenity opportunities, price, staff, and overall home feeling!! :))

Management is disorganized. 'Pet Friendly' apartment is not so pet friendly. I pay top dollar for top dollar reasons. There is garbage EVERYWHERE. I moved into the building in October when they told me it'd be done in August, had to live in a hotel. I understand things happen but they still haven't done the final touches. The smell of marijuana is constantly in the halls. Before signing a contract with Metes and Bounds, do you research if you know whats good for you. I have resided with them for a year, a year too long. They 'lost' my deposit and were trying to get me to pay it again. I gave them hard proof through the money order company and my receipts. Terrible place to rent from. The management is very shady. Stay far away from this place they will try everything in their power to get extra money from you and they will try every under handed tactic to do so. There was a faulty toilet in my bathroom that cracked and caused water damage. I was not home at the time and my roommate was sleeping. Julie immediately blamed my roommate claiming he must have kicked, punched or damaged the toilet and let our apartment flood. Julie said they would take care of everything. We were without an apartment for about a week while it was cleaned. I asked about prorating our rent for that week and was told by Julie and the management company that they would not prorate for the missing days because it happened in our apartment.
