Edgewater Condominium Rentals

I came with my husband and kids to tour the Edgewater but no one was in the office so after waiting several minutes we looked around ourselves. First impression was not good: first of all they’re just apartments not condos which was a big red flag as we already felt like we’d been lied to. Right across from the entrance to the complex is a small abandoned field. There are giant electrical towers and wires running throughout the parking lot. The car wash area was just a single hose and air for your tires with no other cleaning materials. They apparently use some of the main parking lot for dumping used appliances and old furniture. The garbage areas themselves were poorly maintained with one of the metal gates to them left wide open so as we turned a corner we almost crashed our car into it

I have been living here since 2023 and recently moved to a 2B2B within the same community. I love the management. They have been very responsive and on top of things. Issues get resolved within 48-72 hrs, and someone definitely visits to checkup within 24 hrs. The community is clean and safe. I live beside the fountain which they check regularly for water quality and its always pleasant to see so many ducks and fishes in the pond. The pools and the spa are always clean and we have not been ever affected by pests. Riverwalk is close by and the shops are just across the street. The gym is newly furnished and they are currently renovating the structures and repainting the buildings and landscaping. I love it here. I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience at this apartment community. From the beginning, Ezekiel's communication has been unprofessional and inconsistent. Maintenance requests take far too long to be addressed, and when they are finally completed, the work is often rushed or insufficient. The common areas are poorly maintained, and there seems to be little accountability for enforcing community rules. Dealing with management has been especially frustrating. I’ve found it difficult to get clear answers or timely responses, and it feels like concerns are often dismissed rather than taken seriously. The management team (Melissa, Cesia and Ezekiel) was always very responsive to my maintenance requests and other needs. They were very helpful upon moving in as I was managing the process while I was still living abroad. They were willing to work with me as my move out date changed a couple of times. They shared a document with residents to assist me in getting rid of items when moving out. They have special little events to show appreciation for the residents, such as a root beer float day and pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving. The rent is very high yet the amenities are great and the property is clean and very well maintained and landscaped. I have lived at Edgewater for 3 years now. SINCE Ezekiel start managing the property it has been amazing! Him and the crew have simple make it more like home! They workimg very hard to keep the property clean and maintained I am staying another year.
